We have encountered several glass enclosed lanais that require large glass panel doors/windows to be taken off the tracks to be cleaned individually because the screen is fixed and non removeable. This is a labor-intensive process and requires a great deal of caution as to not damage the heavy windowpanes.  Each glass pane is removed one by one, then the screen area behind the pane is cleaned, then the panel is set back in place without smudging the clean windowpane.  This is a two-person job, time consuming and labor intensive.  We will evaluate and provide in-person estimate on a case-by-case basis.  

We recommend having your windows cleaned at least twice a year, but it ultimately depends on your individual needs and preferences.

 Yes, we can! We use safe and non-toxic cleaning solutions specifically formulated for the removal of stubborn stains and spots, including calcium deposits, lime scale, and soap scum. We clean windows, patio doors, and shower doors to achieve streak-free results.  Hard water stains can occur due to a broken sprinkler head.  we will inspect your windows and notify you of any spots or staining upon arrival.  We will give you an estimate of the cost to repair the sprinkler as well as removing spots.  Each hard water case is unique.
